As the market leader of the software solutions for the german engery market Powercloud develops an international SaaS solution. I started there as a Scrum Master and currently I’m an Agile Coach. Focus is on coaching teams & individuals to become more self organzied, as well as finding the proper way of working for the teams – acting as a servant leader to the people in the organization.

QA Engineer & Scrum Master
Cryptshare AG develops a communication & security software used by over 4 million people worldwide, mainly in ciritical sectors such as healthcare or B2B communication. I started there as a QA Engineer responsible for manual testing, making test plans/strategies & defining metrics – which I was until I left the company. After one year I started working as a Scrum Master of one team and soon after of a second team. Focus was on implementing the basics of Scrum & improving the processes within the teams.
